As founder of Beautiful Productions, Mercedes is known for combining meticulous attention to detail with a collaborative, no-nonsense approach to getting things done.

After a production career spanning broadcast TV, commercials and film that began in the mid-1990s, Ben joined Beautiful in 2010, bringing his extensive production experience to the business. Beyond production, Ben also oversees finance, legal and compliance, helping ensure every project is supported by the right commercial and operational foundations.
