Following a long, successful career managing large teams & budgets for the BBC and producing commercials, films & events for global clients, Mercedes created Beautiful to produce nice work with nice people.

BEN SWIFT

After a production career in broadcast TV, commercials & films that began in the mid 1990s, Ben joined Beautiful in 2010 and takes care of finance, legal & compliance.
